Just a tad too excited ...

I do have a haul post that I'm really excited to do but this just couldn't wait!!

Whilst on my lunch at work today I popped into Boots and when wondering around I came across something shiny and new :)

I have wanted a Clarasonic for absolutely ages now but they are so pricey I just haven't been able to give in to one!! And then I saw this, No7 have brought out there own version! For £15!!!!! :D

I'm sure it won't be to the same standard but I am so bloody excited to give it a try, and do a review for you all!! Catch them whilst you can as they're going back up to £25 very soon! :)

Has anyone else tried this? Or a Clarasonic?

Pixi Cosmetics

Because of the recent weather conditions it has taken all online purchases a little longer to arrive, but finally this morning was the return of the postman! :)

Being a newbie to PixiBeauty I was eager to try out what I had ordered! The endless silky eye pen £9.99 in colours BlackNoir and BlackCocoa and the Magic Tink Tint £12. I'd heard lots of great things about these eyeliners so when browsing the website after already placing these in my basket I couldn't resist this cute lip tint. And I am so happy that I couldn't, I am in LOVE!!!!

The eyeliners lives up to everything I've heard 'Waterproof. Gives the intense colour of a liquid liner in an easy to apply gel pencil. No retouching required all day.' The only thing I need to still check is its lasting power, but so far so good after 5 hours! I'm so happy I purchased these two basic colours to try out, today I've gone for BlackCocoa which is a very dark espresso brown. It's so smooth and highly pigmented I'm already seeing a slight obsession developing!

The Magic Tink Tint is also really lovely used today to compliment a natural look, however the colour could definitely be made stronger. 'This magic balm glides onto lips, teasing out your own unique perfect pink' It smells slightly of peppermint and feels silk like on the lips as well as extremely hydrating! I was very impressed with colour and how quickly it developed!

As an introduction to Pixibeauty I am very happy with my purchases and will definitely be returning for another mooch after pay day!

Have you tried anything from Pixi? What are your favourites?

Love for Lush

It's no secret to anyone that I am a complete Lush obsessive! Loving a large variety of products, Lush is one of my go to places whenever venturing out to shop!

Being a brand focussed on helping the environment, as I'm sure you all know Lush has a policy where if you return five of there black cosmetic pots (of any size) you can have your pick of a fresh face mask retailing at £5.99.

So when sorting through my huge cosmetic collection the other day I realised it was time to take my pots down a pick up a cheeky freebie. I'm not really one for face masks as my skins so sensitive but the Lush ones truly are delicious, they smell AMAZING! And leave my skin feeling soooo soft! The one I picked up is different to my usual oaty choice.

Catastrophe Cosmetic 'when disaster looms, Catastrophe Cosmetic calms and cleanses the skin. Blueberries rich in beneficial anti-oxidants, soothing chamomile, Irish moss and the gentle cleansing action of calamine to save the day!'

After trying so many products recently and the build up of Christmas and New Year I thought this sweet smelling pot of heaven sounded just perfect for a pick me up and a treat for my skin!

Have you tried Catastrophe Cosmetic? What are you favourite face masks?
